Welcome to keithforwith.com ~ Medicine & More!

Hi! I'm Dr. Keith Forwith MD and welcome to my website! This site is a "get to know your doctor better" site. If you are already a patient of mine, take a look at your surgery pictures in my medical galleries or learn more with my instructional videos and informational pages. Feel free to browse around! This site is not only about my personal practice as an ENT, but keithforwith.com is about me. Although I am very passionate about my work, I'm about more than just medicine. So take a look around and enjoy! Feel free to leave feedback or get in contact with me. Your comments are always appreciated.

My practice, Advanced ENT & Allergy in Louisville, KY and southern Indiana, maintains a website containing lots of useful information. This site is meant to complement it and offers medical information as I would describe it in the office. I use this site to share some of my favorite medical and surgical teaching tools. Hopefully, you can use it to review what we talked about in the office as well as learn something new!

Dr. Forwith,
Thanks for sharing your website with Katie and me. It was very informational, but what reassured me the most was why my family and I have always respected you and felt as if my children were your only patients. Your quote on your pictures said it all. "We make a living by what we get, but a life by what we give." Thanks for all you give.

Your story about your dad was touching and I can see how he inspired you. Thanks for sharing your story.

I found the web site most informative and was very interested in reading about your mission work.
I do wish there was a way I could distinguish which of the surgery pictures were mine.

I appreciate all the time you taken with me and the detail you provided all my questions. I appreciate you and your staff's compassion and friendly atmosphere you create in your office. You have made a very scary time in my life less so and I truly appreciate all you have done for me and my family. I feel very lucky to have you as my physician and will refer everyone I know that needs your services to you.

Thank you for all you have done for me and all you do for others both locally & abroad.

Excellent! I think a lost art of the medical profession is that which relates to the patient and doctor relationship. It has to be personal and I think you have strived to prove that. Adding the personal touch is a healer's touch. Bravo Zulu. You have come a long with from playing community baseball and High School. Fair winds and following seas for all your endeavors. V/r Rick
